Holly Howard

With more than 15 years of professional experience, I have worked internationally and throughout California (e.g. Big Sur, Napa Valley, Palm Springs) for weddings, special events, and photoshoots.

My work has been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, 7x7, and Sactown magazines, and I was a stylist for Ford Models modeling agency during their years in San Francisco, working with management to develop looks for emerging and established models. I regularly do catalog and website work, including Pottery Barn, Sephora, Benefits Cosmetics, Chronicle Books, and Gymboree.

When I was 15 years old, I enrolled at cosmetology school at Sacramento City College, later completing advanced cosmetology training at Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica before moving onto advanced color courses with Davines, Goldwell, and Wella USA, advanced cutting courses with Bumble and bumble, and additional cosmetology courses with Pony Salon, Derek Zeno, and Tim Hartley.

I love what I do and take it seriously. I’ve had relationships with many clients for more than 15 years, but it is always a thrill to meet new clients and create customized styling plans together.

Each of my clients is unique, but my approach is consistent: It starts with a conversation to better understand who you are, what you want, and then we work together to make that happen.
