CANCELLATION POLICY

AS A COURTESY TO OUR STYLISTS, WE REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. ANY CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULE MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICES. NO SHOWS ARE INCLUDED UNDER THIS POLICY. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.


ADJUSTMENTS

WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR HAIR. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED, WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN TO THE SALON FOR AN ADJUSTMENT WITH THE SAME STYLIST, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. YOUR STYLIST MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE, AND THE ADJUSTMENT MUST BE BOOKED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CONTACTING YOUR STYLIST.
